CHICAGO — According to multiple reports, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is active and will start Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders.

Cutler is expected to play over quarterback Jimmy Clausen, who relieved an injured Cutler during a Week 2 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Clausen also started in Week 3 against the Seahawks.

Cutler has been out with an injured hamstring. According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, the Bears’ chances of winning Sunday’s game increase about 15 percent with Cutler behind center.

Kickoff is at noon from Soldier Field.
