GRAYSLAKE, Ill. -- Detectives in Lake County are searching for a man they are calling a person of interest in a death investigation case.

A 46-year-old woman was found dead inside her home in unincorporated Grayslake early Tuesday morning. Detectives say they want to talk to 30-year-old Leo Amin. He has ties to the area. They do consider him armed and dangerous.

They also released information regarding his car, which is a 2005 silver or gold Nissan Altima with the Illinois license plate number E357840.

Detectives did not release the cause of death for the woman or her name.

The woman's body was found initially by a person who had planned on meeting with the woman Tuesday morning.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
