CHICAGO -- After a rough start to the school year, a boy with special needs found a new beginning today.  Nyesha Terry walked her son, 5-year-old Lloyd, into his new school, Jane Neil Elementary at 85th and Indiana.

Last week, WGN reported how Nyesha found Lloyd wearing a trash bag at his old CPS school.

Lloys has epilepsy, can't speak and drools. The teacher said the bag kept his clothes dry.

After  WGN contacted CPS, Lloyd was allowed to switch schools.

CPS is investigating the boy's treatment at his previous school, Wentworth.

Lloyd now has a brightly colored vest to protect his clothes.
