CHICAGO -- Many fans since the Hawks' 2010 championship season are now coming to the team's Fan Fest, lining up outside the United Center, all confident in the team.

Most have been paying attention to the personal troubles for No. 88. Patrick Kane, and the rape allegation that surfaced this summer. The investigation is continuing in his native Buffalo, N.Y.

Last week in South Bend, Ind., Kane said he'd be vindicated. This weekend the Buffalo News reported the rape kit done on the alleged victim came back negative for Kane's DNA, though it was found under her fingernails and in a bite mark.
