ROSEMONT, Ill. – The 4th Annual Ken-vention celebrates everyone’s favorite boyfriend once again in Rosemont this week.

140 Ken-ventioneers are expected to attend from across the country.

The will buy, sell and learn all the can about Ken.

And then there is the shopping.

Room after room at the Sheraton O’Hare  is transformed into a wonderland of Ken and Barbie, from the old to the very new - and some very expensive.

While today is all fun and games, some of the dolls will go up for auction this weekend are for a very serious cause near and dear to one of the organizers who nearly lost a child in the Haiti quake five years ago.

The nonprofit – Be Like Brit – was founded in the name of one of the girls who did not make it out.
