Phillips, Simeon making case for the Public League

The Public League is not know for producing state football champions, but last season two schools almost accomplished the feat.  Simeon made it all the way to the Class 8A Semis, while Phillips became the first Public League team in over 30 years to make a state championship game.  Phillips lost to Rochester in the 4A Final.  Rich King reports on two teams looking to make a name for themselves and Public League football.
