CHICAGO - Archbishop Blase Cupich is delivering closing remarks at an annual sunrise prayer service for nonviolence this morning.

It's happening at Oakwood Beach.

Worshippers are gathering to pray for non-violence, and the healing of families, schools and communities at the start of the school year.

It's organized by the Black Catholic Deacons of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
