Severe weather erupts across Chicagoland

Severe weather in Illinois has erupted this afternoon causing tornado warnings and watches throughout the area.

All watches and warnings have expired but not before winds and rains caused damage and flooding.

At 5 p.m. law enforcement officials confirm a tornado touched down in Livingston County.  The National Weather Service says trained spotters confirmed a tornado near Chenoa and Pontiac.
