BUFFALO, N.Y. - According to a report by The Buffalo News, Patrick Kane's driver saw nothing inappropriate between the Blackhawks star and the woman accusing him of rape.

An off-duty Buffalo Police lieutenant serves as Kane's chauffeur and drove him on the night of the alleged rape.

Lt. Thomas English told The Buffalo News that he drove Kane, his friend, the alleged victim and her friend to Kane's Hamburg home early on the morning of August 2.

English say he spent several hours out with the group and that it was a mutual decision to leave the bar and go to Kane's home.

The woman alleges Kane overpowered her and raped her in his house.

Kane has not been charged with a crime.
