According to Orbitz.com booking data, most travelers will take their vacations in June and July.  As kids head back to school and demand starts to drop in major summers destinations, travelers can take advantage of the deals.

From the mountains to beaches, Orbitz looked at where late summer travelers can find the best deals around.


Bundling means saving. Always search for vacation packages before booking air, hotel and car separately.

Meal costs can add up quickly, particularly for families. Always look for free breakfasts and complimentary cocktail hours when booking your hotel accommodations.

Look for “free resort credits,” which provide guests with free money to spend at a resort on amenities and services.
