9 hospitalized after carbon monoxide poisoning in Melrose Park

MELROSE PARK, Ill -- Emergency crews are at the scene in Melrose Park after several people suffered apparent carbon monoxide poisoning.

Crews responded to the scene around 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Nine people were hospitalized. Their conditions are unknown.

Reports indicate a vehicle was left running in the garage while they were sleeping.
