CHICAGO — City Hall officials asked an East Pilsen theater not to allow a benefit concert by Chief Keef who was supposed to appear by hologram.

The concert was supposed to be in memory of 13-month- old Dillan Harris, who was killed after his stroller was hit by a car racing from the scene of a fatal shooting.

Police say the man killed during that shooting was a friend of Chief Keef.

Keef’s concert was supposed to help raise money for the toddler’s family.

The rapper was planning to perform via hologram from Los Angeles because there are warrants for his arrest in Chicago.
