CHICAGO — Ice cream lovers, rejoice: Sunday is National Ice Cream Day.

Several ice cream vendors are providing deals on July 19 — and, in some cases, beyond — to honor one of America’s most treasured desserts.

Below is a list of the places giving discounts and free ice cream on July 19:

Carvel: Customers can receive a buy one, get one free offer on any size or flavor of soft-serve cones and cups all day on Sunday, July 19.

Baskin-Robbins: Baskin-Robbins is offering a free waffle cone upgrade with a double or triple scoop purchase to customers now through the end of July.

Cold Stone Creamery: My Cold Stone Club members can get a buy one, get one free deal on the creamery’s “Creations.” Cold Stone does not have additional National Ice Cream Day discounts, however, notes  the International Business Times.

Breyer’s: Those going to Six Flags Sunday will have an opportunity to get free ice cream.  The first 200 guests between 12 – 5 p.m. to purchase a cup of double scoop ice cream at Six Below featuring Breyers on Sunday, July 19, will receive a free upgrade to a sundae plus a single scoop ice cream sundae.

Dippin’ Dots: Visitors to Dippin’ Dots on Sunday, July 19, will get a free sample of its new flavor, Redberry Sherbet.

PetSmart: That’s right, PetSmart is also getting in on the fun. Customers who visit a PetsHotel can give their pet a free, animal-friendly ice cream sample.
