CHICAGO - The infighting among the city's baseball teams can stop for 33 days.
Not that Cubs and White Sox fans will do so, but the teams won't face each other for another month.
Another Crosstown Series came to a close at Wrigley Field on Sunday afternoon as the Cubs salvaged the finale of the three-game series with a 3-1 win behind a strong performance by Jake Arrieta.
Still the White Sox came out with the temporary bragging rights having won two of the first three games in the series and a bit of momentum heading into the All-Star break.
Brian Sandalow of the Chicago Sun Times watched the series play out and has covered the teams all season long. On Sunday night he joined Josh Frydman and Jarrett Payton to break down the Crosstown Series while also talking about the Blackhawks' trade of Patrick Sharp this past weekend.
