Jimmy Jo's BBQ

Texas Ranch Potatoes

3 baked potatoes cooled and cubed
1/2 red pepper coarsely chopped
1/2 green pepper coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs Jimmy Jo's Brisket rub or other bbq rub you desire

Cook in skillet with butter until heated through.

Smokehouse Beans

1 large can pork and beans
2 cups of Jimmy Jo's Chicago Style Sauce or other sauce you desire
1 Tbs of Jimmy Jo's Brisket rub or other bbq rub you desire
2 cups chopped smoked brisket

Smoke beans for about an hour w/ the brisket pieces.  Smoking our beans enhances the rich flavor that is very distinctive in our beans. At home this can be imitated by putting the beans on a grill add wood soaked in water to add smoky flavor. (Smokers are sold lots of places...  everywhere from Walmart to William could use a pot or crock pot for a slower cook  for the beans but you lose some of that that smoked flavor.)
