Chicago Pride Fest begins

CHICAGO - The 13th annual Chicago Pride Fest begins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

The two-day festival takes place on Halsted Street between Addison Street and Grace Street.

The event is hosted by the Northalsted Business Alliance and includes a mix of arts and crafts, food and other vendors.

There are also several musical performances planned.

The 46th annual Chicago Pride Parade takes place next weekend. It starts at noon on Sunday, June 28th. The parade route begins at Montrose and Broadway.
