Man charged with stabbing outside Chicago’s Art Institute

CHICAGO — Prosecutors have charged a man in this week’s stabbing outside the Art Institute.

Michael Wims Jr. is charged with attempted murder.

Police say Wims got into an argument with a 57-year-old man before stabbing that man in the neck Wednesday evening.

The man was taken to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition.
