The state and city need to notify all who travel by car about the dangers of this section of the Ryan. Four shootings in less than a month is way out of the ordinary.

Seems like there’s a new playground for violence in the City. The electronic sign should warn motorist that they drive at their own risk, especially after certain hours.

Clean up your town Rahm. Visitors using your expressways will now have to worry about getting shot? amid dodging your crater sized potholes and paying tolls equivalent to a lunch price at your rip off plazas? Think I’ll start visiting Louisville more.
