Jesse Jackson Jr. could go home by end of the month
CHICAGO — Jesse Jackson Jr. could be back home before the end of the month.
Jackson will reportedly be eligible for home confinement starting June 22, although his sentence doesn’t official end until September.
He left prison for a halfway house in March.
He was convicted in 2013 of misusing congressional campaign funds.
Jackson’s wife Sandi is expected to surrender 30 days after he is released from custody.
She was sentenced to one year in prison for tax evasion.
