Chicago to host first-ever ‘Teens in the Park’ festival

CHICAGO -- A popular Chicago rapper will hand-pick the headliners for the city's first ever Teens in the Park festival.

Chance the Rapper is working on the festival's line up.

Chicago rapper Phenom will emcee the event, and Donnie Trumpet will be one of the performers.

Chance himself is not scheduled to perform.

The festival is free and open only to Chicago youth ages 13 through 24.
