HARVEY, Ill. – Harvey police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who allegedly shot and killed a teenager and critically injured his mother.

Police say they know who did it, a 20-year-old who apparently had been fighting with his 17-year-old victim for months.

Graphic security video put out on the Internet appears to show the victim talking with the gunman, then the shots fired.

Police believe 20-year-old Earl Truss III is the one who pulled the trigger, killing 17-year-old Juwan Benson and critically injuring his mother Shieka Coleman.

Truss is 6 feet tall, about 170 pounds. He had dreadlocks in the video but police believe he's cut them off. He does have family in Dolton and Lansing; police there are assisting in the investigation.
