CHICAGO -- A South Side grocery store caught fire after it was robbed.

The incident happened at Windy City Market near 75th and May, in Chicago's Gresham neighborhood, Tuesday night.

Two armed men went inside and robbed the store just as it was closing.

Workers were forced into a back room, and the robbers got away with cash.

When the workers got out, they saw smoke coming from the store and called for help.

No one was hurt. Residents tell WGN's Nancy Loo, they hope the store reopens.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Officials did not confirm that it was related to the robbery.

No arrests have been made.
