Wonder how long his rap sheet is…….probably 15 arrests under his belt….and he will be back on the street again. That is how it works….

Just another low life piece of s**t that avoids getting his life together (probably because he perceives that it is too much work or, admittedly knows that he can’t because it is beyond his means to comprehend) therefore, and survives by intruding on the lives of others. Of course with no concern at all of how it affects his victims. Now, how does our current criminal justice system address this issue? Answer: they don’t… and they don’t care. They just keep collecting the taxpayers money and releasing these mentally disturbed individuals back into society so that the cycle can repeat and they make more money.
