* The Blackhawks beat the Wild, 1-0, on Tuesday night, taking a 3-0 lead in this matchup. Chicago has an all-time series record of 10-0 when going up 3-0, sweeping eight of those matchups.

* Chicago’s lone marker in Game 3 came on the power play. The Blackhawks have netted five special-team goals (4 PP, 1 SH) during the 2015 playoffs, and are 4-0 in those contests.
* This marks the third time Minnesota has trailed 3-0 in a postseason series all-time. The Wild were swept by Anaheim in 2003, and lost in five games to the Ducks in 2007 the previous two occurrences. Four teams have come back from a 3-0 series deficit in NHL history: 1942 Maple Leafs (beat Detroit), 1975 Islanders (beat Pittsburgh), 2010 Flyers (beat Boston) and the 2014 Kings (beat San Jose).
* Patrick Kane scored his sixth goal of the 2015 postseason in Game 3, and has now lit the lamp in a career-high tying four straight playoff skates overall (also had four straight, April 24-May 3, 2010). The Blackhawks are 23-10 all-time in the postseason when Kane nets at least one goal.
* The Wild were whistled for just one minor penalty in Game 3 (Jared Spurgeon – tripping). Minnesota is averaging an NHL-low 3:47 PIM per game overall during the 2015 postseason.
* Minnesota is averaging just 6.1 giveaways per game – fewest of any team remaining in the 2015 playoffs.

* Corey Crawford recorded the fourth postseason shutout of his NHL career on Tuesday night, giving him 36 career playoff victories, and passing Ed Belfour (35) for No. 2 on the Blackhawks’ all-time list (Tony Esposito – 45). Crawford is 4-0 with a 1.05 GAA and .963 save percentage in his last four contests.
