The Blackhawks are heading back to the Western Conference Final after sweeping the Minnesota Wild.  The Hawks got goals from Seabrook, Shaw, Kane, and an empty-netter from Hossa in Thursday night's 4-3 series clinching victory.  The Blackhawks not only swept the Wild but never trailed in the series.

The Hawks played part of the 2nd and all of the 3rd period without Defenseman Michael Rozsival who sustained what looked like a serious lower body injury in the 2nd period.

The Hawks will now wait to face the winner of the Anaheim/Calgary series, Anaheim leads that series 2-1.

This will be the Blackhawks third straight apperance in the Conference Final, and fifth appearance in seven seasons.
