Naperville doctor charged with sex crimes denied entry to China, back in Illinois
CHICAGO — A doctor from Naperville will face trial for sexually assaulting some of his patients.
U.S. Customs officials arrested Dr. Haohua Yang, 51, at O’Hare airport on Saturday.
They say he was returning to Chicago, after being denied entry into his native China.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Customs and Border Protection say they obtained an arrest warrant for Yang and turned him over to police in Yorkville.
Yang was charged in December with sexually assaulting three patients at his Yorkville office.
He is due to appear in court on April 30 in Kendall County.
