INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Chicago-based rock band Wilco says it will go ahead with a concert in Indianapolis in may, now that Indiana lawmakers have tweaked the wording in the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

The band said it decided to play its May 7th concert, because lawmakers approved changes to the religious objections law that added the first reference to sexual orientation and gender identity.

Wilco had canceled its show earlier this week because it had concerns the law would allow discrimination against gays and lesbians.
