Archbishop Blase Cupich celebrates first Holy Week

CHICAGO - Archbishop Blase Cupich is celebrating his first Holy Week as the leader of the Archdiocese of Chicago.

The Archbishop is celebrating Easter at St. Julie Billiart Parish in Tinley Park this year instead of at Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago.

Easter Sunday Mass begins at 10:30 a.m.

St. Julie's is located at 7399 West 159th Street in Tinley Park.

Archbishop Cupich will lead mass at Holy Name Cathedral on Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m.

He will also be at Holy Name Cathedral starting at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday to bless Easter baskets as part of an Eastern European Catholic tradition.
