CHICAGO--The candidates for Mayor have one last weekend to win over voters.
Challenger Jesus Garcia spent part of Friday morning campaigning in the Logan Square neighborhood.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel took some time to call Chicagoans on the phone and urge them to get out and vote.
Garcia and his supporters ripped the Mayor for the poor financial shape of Chicago Public Schools, arguing that he's too connected to big banks to renegotiate high interest rates charged against the city.
Emanuel again noted that he was successful in getting full-day kindergarten for Chicago.
Early voting ends Saturday.
Election day is Tuesday.
