Marshmallow Bunny Cupcakes
light pink sugar sprinkles
pink or red jellybeans
Frost the cupcakes with the white frosting using a spoon or piping bag. Squeeze the sides of the jumbo marshmallow just slightly so that it becomes more rectangular. Use scissors to cut the marshmallow on the diagonal, from corner to corner of the rectangle. Dip the sticky exposed side of each marshmallow half in pink sugar sprinkles. These will become your bunny ears. Place on the cupcake, then add candy eyeballs and a jellybean for a nose.
Optional: use a piping bag to add “cheeks” to your bunny face.
popcorn (popped according to instructions)
colored candy melts
Mix the first three ingredients in a large bowl. Melt the candy melts over the stove or in a microwave (careful to melt only 30 seconds at a time so it doesn’t burn). Gently stir the melted candy melts into the bowl with the other ingredients, adding small amounts of candy melt at a time. Stir until evenly distributed. Spread the mixture onto a rimmed cookie sheet. Once it hardens, break apart and enjoy.
chow mien noodles
colored candy melts
jelly beans, mini chocolate eggs
Twizzlers, cut in half
coconut shavings, with few drops of green food coloring added
Melt the candy melts over the stove or in a microwave (careful to melt only 30 seconds at a time so it doesn’t burn). Stir melt into chow mien noodles until evenly distributed, saving just a little bit of melt to use as “glue”. Spoon mixture into muffin tin, pressing gently to fill the bottom and sides of the tin, but leaving a small indention in the middle. This will become your Easter basket. When hardened, remove Easter baskets from muffin tin. Bend the Twizzler halves and use some of the remaining melt to secure them as “handles” for your Easter basket. Fill your baskets with coconut shavings to become Easter grass, then fill with jelly beans or mini eggs
Candy-Dipped Berry Carrots
orange candy melts
whole strawberries with the leafy green top still on
Melt the candy melts over the stove or in a microwave (careful to melt only 30 seconds at a time so it doesn’t burn). Dip strawberries in melt all the way, covering the red fruit and leaving exposed only the leafy green top. Let cool. Enjoy.
