ISIS claims responsibility for deadly attack on Tunisia museum

TUNIS, Tunisia (AP) — The Islamic State group is claiming responsibility for yesterday’s deadly attack on museum in Tunisia’s capital.

Twenty-three people were killed, most of them tourists, and dozens of other people were wounded.

A statement from the militant group describes the attack as a “blessed invasion” and vows more attacks.

It appears on a forum that carries IS messages.

Meanwhile, Tunisian security forces have arrested nine people in connection with the attack.
