Owner of world’s oldest cat celebrates her 27th birthday
Here’s a cat with more than nine lives. Meet Tiffany Two. Her owner, Sharron Voorhees of San Diego, threw a party for her 27th birthday this weekend.
Tiffany Two is the oldest living feline, but don’t take our word for it. The Guinness Book of World Records has confirmed it.
Despite her age, Tiffany Two gets around just fine. Voorhees said her pet has good vision, good hearing, and only recently started eating moist food. She’s lived very well on dry food, Voorhees added.
For those who haven’t already done the math, 27 is equal to 125 in human years. And while Tiffany Two is the oldest living cat, she’s not the oldest cat of all time. That title belongs to a Texas cat named Creme Puff, who lived 38 years and three days.
Creme Puff passed away in 2005.
