CHICAGO - Hundreds of thousands are celebrating Saint Patrick's Day the Chicago way.

Sunday's South Side Irish Parade headed down Western from 103rd.

With temperatures near sixty, parade organizers expect about 150,000 people to turn out.

The zero-tolerance for alcohol policy remains in place, the case the last three years after problems with drunk spectators prompted organizers to cancel the parade before bringing it back as a "family friendly" celebration.

Violators face a $1,000 fine.

The Saturday parade included bagpipes, parade floats and -- of course -- politicians stumping before the runoff election.

Police reported no major problems.
