SPRAGUE, Wash. -- Police are releasing security video hoping someone will recognize a man who tried to kidnap a toddler from a park in Sprague, Washington.

Surveillance video from cameras near the park last Sunday show the man running down the street carrying 22-month-old Owen Wright.

But right behind him is the boy's older sister and brother.

A woman working nearby heard the girl screaming and sent her grandson to chase the man.

The suspect left the toddler in a vacant lot and ran away.

The toddler was not hurt.

The father of the children says he left them with a babysitter while he was at work.

Police say the kids were playing unsupervised in a park near the babysitter's home when the man approached them.

No arrests have been made.
