EVANSTON, Ill. -- Believe it or not, there are some people who actually enjoy being out in the extreme cold.

John Huston of Evanston is a professional polar explorer.

He's tells WGN's Julian Crews the keys to coping with the cold are good, protective clothing and a positive attitude.

"Complaining makes everything more difficult than it needs to be," said Huston, who is also a motivational speaker.

Huston knows a thing or two about dealing with the elements;  he has led expeditions to the North and South Poles.
