Here's one called Geoduck -- pronounced "gooey duck."But it's not a duck at all. It's the world's largest burrowing clam.
Geoducks are served in restaurants, by cooking them with rice wine vinegar or in hot pots, or by serving it as sushi.
You have to dig really deep to get them, and they're mostly on the West Coast of the U.S. and in Canada.
