CHICAGO -- Chicago got the second half of a winter one-two punch Thursday morning.

The city is already struggling to recover from 20 inches of snow in the past four days; and this morning, the temperature fell below zero, with wind chills even lower.

The good news is that temperatures will reach more seasonable levels by the weekend.

As for the snow, the city has 650 trucks working to plow, load and cart away the mountains of snow that piled up on neighborhood streets; the snow is being dumped on city-owned land.
