CHICAGO - As snow falls again on the Chicago area, residents are still digging out from Sunday’s massive blizzard.

In the Pilsen neighborhood, good neighbor Miguel Del Toral cleared a handicapped parking spot that belong to a 75-year-old woman. He dug it out twice only to have a plow come by and pile the snow up again. A person from the local alderman’s office came to snow blow it out a third time.

The Dept of Streets and Sanitation invited WGN News to talk to one of its drivers and accompany him on a ride along. Driver Reginald bills says they're doing the best they can

Reginald isn't responsible for messing up Miguel's efforts to clear out the handicapped. Miguel says it's inexcusable.

“It’s very upsetting because the signs are completely visible They need to pay attention to what they are doing,” he says.

Meantime as CPS opened it's doors again after being closed Monday. Children, and sometimes their parents, were forced to walk in the streets because they were only slightly better than the sidewalks.
