Mac 'n Cheese and Barbecue Bar

5 Cheese/Smoked Gouda Sauce

2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese

In a medium saucepan combine flour and butter. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently cook 3 minutes. Add milk and cream stirring frequently Bring to a boil. Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, grated provolone cheese, shredded smoked gouda, and grated Romano cheese. Reduce heat to low, and continue to stir just until all cheese is melted. Add to your favorite cooked pasta. Serve immediately, sauce will thicken upon standing.
