SOUTH CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. - Cook County prosecutors say they will not charge a 14-year-old boy in the murder of his older brother.
Police say the boys got into a fight in their South Chicago Heights home earlier this month.
Their mother tried to intervene and the older boy allegedly attacked her.
Police say that's when his brother stabbed him to death.
Prosecutors say the younger brother has no criminal record.

He is receiving counseling services.
