CHICAGO -  Police have arrested a 17-year-old in two robberies on the Red Line.

Police used surveillance footage to charge a teen in two incidents of stealing a cell phone at the Wilson Red Line stop.

The incidents occurred on December 28 and January 14 on the 4600 block of North Broadway.

In both cases, he grabbed a cell phone from his victim's hand and took off.

A third phone-snatching occurred at the stop on January 9.

Guardian Angels have been at the stop warning riders to put their phones away when they leave the station.
