Mild winds bring the area its first 40-degree temperatures of the month.

Temperatures hover around 30 degrees at daybreak.

Sunshine fades at times as patches of mid-level cloudiness pass across area skies.

Southwest winds increase quickly after sunrise, gusting to 30 mph at times.

Temperatures peak in the mid and upper 40s, the mildest readings since December 27th.

Cooler air arrives at night. Scattered sprinkles or flurries possible.
