LILBOURN, Missouri —  A Missouri man says he sometimes has to show his ID to prove he’s the same person following a dramatic weight loss.

According to KFVS12, 28-year-old Ryan Blocker lost nearly 350 pounds and went from a size 56 pant to a size 32.

“I was really having problems just doing every day stuff,” Blocker told KFVS12. “I was tired all the time. I wasn’t sleeping well because of it. I was just surviving through the day.”

Blocker, who is a high school band director, reportedly said it all became too real for him when he started having trouble marching during the homecoming parade a couple of years ago.

Now,  Blocker said he often has to show former students his driver’s license to prove it’s him.

Blocker lost his amazing amount of weight through the “The Healthy Weigh” program and HMR Diet at Saint Francis Medical Center.

The program reportedly provides pre-made meals, makes exercise a priority and offers group nutrition classes for accountability and support.

Blocker told KFVS12 he wants his story to be an inspiration to others who struggle from weight problems.
