Local show of support for France following attacks

CHICAGO -- Chicagoans showed support for those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack in France with a series of events, including rallies at Daley Plaza and Skokie.

17 people were killed in a series of attacks in France last week.  Three suspects were killed.  One alleged co-conspirator is still on the loose and is believed to be trying to go to Syria.

The Jewish United Fund/ Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago has opened an emergency "French Terror and Security Fund" to help the French Jewish community and others.  To donate, visit: https://donate.juf.org
