BILLINGS, Mont. — Dash cam video captured a Montana police officer in a state of shock after fatally shooting an unarmed suspect.

It happened during a traffic stop back in April, but video of the emotional officer hasn’t been posted until now.

Police Officer Grant Morrison can be heard in the video saying, “I thought he was going to pull a gun on me.”

According to the PIX 11, suspect Richard Ramirez was high on meth and ignored Morrison’s commands to raise his hands.

Following the incident, a jury cleared Morrison of any wrongdoing and he is now back on duty.
