HUDSON, Fla. -- A man was arrested on drug charges while wearing a shirt that read "Who Needs Drugs?".

Underneath that, in smaller print, it said "No seriously, I have drugs."

According to WTVT, John Richard Balmer, 50, was charged with possessing methamphetamine and marijuana.

Police arrested him at Kmart in Hudson, Fla., after Blamer tried to hand a small bag of drugs to someone standing behind him. That person wouldn't take them, according to the arrest report.

Balmer is being held on $5,000 bond.

Balmer, who has seven arrested in Pasco County, is being held on $5,000 bond.
