Four teens are now charged with the murder of 15-year-old Demario Bailey.

Demario and his twin brother were headed to Johnson College Prep for basketball practice Saturday afternoon when prosecutors say they were approached by the suspects near 63rd and State. The suspects demanded money and tried to take Demario's jacket before one of the suspects pulled a gun and shot him in the chest.

Demario would have turned 16 tomorrow.

Tonight, family, friends, and classmates mourn the death of the young man who loved school and basketball.

The basketball team held a moment of silence for Demario. Demario wasn't on the team, but he came to every game to cheer on his identical twin, Demacio, who bravely stepped onto the court tonight, two days after witnessing his brother's murder.

The only problem teachers ever had with the two boys was telling them apart, they looked that much alike.

Grief counselors spent the day at Johnson College Prep.

One suspect is being held without bond. The rest are due in court tomorrow.
