How do they know that he wasn’t the intended victim? The family members always say, “He/she wasn’t in a gang.” But, how do they know who the real target was?

Carrie, I knew this young man. He was a youth group leader at my church who spent most of his time working with the youth, leading sports ministries, working around the church, and playing in the worship band. He had no ties to any gangs.
