Snow or no snow, Chicago's winter parking bans goes into effect tomorrow morning at 3:00 a.m.

You will get towed if you're parked in a prohibited route on 107 miles of city streets.

That regulation goes from 3:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. until April 1, 2015.

Another regulation says no parking when there are at least two inches of snow on the street, no matter the time of day, or calendar date.
