Jane test drives the Sproing

Paul Toback has reinvented the treadmill by creating Sproing. Why? He says the design inhibits natural running.

In this edition of LHC Fitness, Paul lets Jane try the Sproing and gets her up to speed with some tips runners can take to the streets.

Paul says, “There’s three elements to proper running. One is falling forward with gravity, the other is pulling your leg up with your hamstring, and the third is going through a runner’s pose.”

Remember, runners: POSE. FALL. PULL.
